Service Scope
Sevarity provides specialized offensive security services. All engagements are strictly governed by a separate, mutually signed Rules of Engagement (RoE) document outlining the specific scope, authorized targets, and testing windows.
These terms apply to the general use of the website and preliminary service requests.
Client Responsibilities
The client guarantees they possess the legal authority and authorization for all systems, applications, and networks provided as targets for security testing.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sevarity against any claims or damages resulting from unauthorized testing requests.
Limitation of Liability
While Sevarity exercises the utmost care during active exploitation, the nature of penetration testing carries inherent risks.
Sevarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the execution of our services within the agreed-upon scope.
